TubeSpin^® bioreactors are ideal for large-scale screenings and optimizing of suspension cell system process developments. The important parameters for the production upscaling can be evaluated with small amounts. This lowers the cost and increases the efficiency of the process.

A system for carrying out, testing, scaling and optimizing suspension cell culture processes. Scaling the process from 15ml to 600ml. Cap with filter. 50ml tubes have different diameter holes in the cap, allowing for customization proper air supply. For 450ml / 600ml bioreactors, replaceable caps without filter are available. The perfect system to carry out, test and optimize your suspension cell culture processes.

Gas exchange takes place through 5 holes in the cap with the PTFE filter. The gas exchange openings are of different sizes allowing, by covering and uncovering them, the adjustment of the required level of gas exchange.

The tubes fit standard tube rotors.

The culture grows on appropriate media during shaking at 37 ° C. The gas-porous filter guarantees the supply of oxygen even at very high tissue density. Thanks to the small size and standardized geometry of the test tubes, these they are perfect for parallel testing and optimization experiments. Maximum oxygen, carbon dioxide (and moisture) exchange is facilitated by five openings. Each opening can be sealed if required and the gas exchange adjusted to requirements. Sterility is maintained at all times by means of an additional filter membrane (0.22 μm).

All products are sterile, gamma sterilized. They are pyrogen, RNA, DNA, RNase and DNase free. The endotoxin concentration is minimal and defined.
