MCT NoLoss™ reaction tubes are low retention tubes, also known as low-binding tubes, that are specially designed and made of virgin polypropylene in accordance with the highest manufacturing standards. Low-binding tubes have applications in molecular biology, especially for handling DNA or proteins, in scientific laboratories and clinical research laboratories, or in laboratories of R&D departments. Specialised low-binding tubes are used for storing material, mixing and performing various reactions. 

 

Low-retention NoLoss™ technology not only improves the sample storage safety, but also reduces the surface tension which results in minimised binding of the DNA or protein molecule to the inner surface of the tube. The previously mentioned pure, virgin polymer which NoLoss™ reaction tubes are made of does not require any additives to further protect the inside of the tube, thus substances that could bind to the sample in a NoLoss™centrifuge tube were eliminated.

Accuracy and precision of MCT NoLoss™ tubes

At EPRO, we offer NoLoss™ low-retention centrifuge tubes in three capacities: 0.65 ml, 1.7 ml and 2.0 ml, which are perfect for a variety of experiments, research or analysis. NoLoss™ tubes are an excellent choice for PCR and RT qPCR analyses, where the quality of the products used contributes to the reliability and reproducibility of the tests and reduces the risk of error throughout the reaction.

NoLoss™ tubes are certified to be nuclease-free, inhibitor-free and human DNA-free.
