EffiProbe™ RT qPCR Probe KIT will provide you high sensitivity of detecting the target RNA during working

with a various samples. The combination of one-step RT qPCR Mix with thermostable reverse polymerase

and an advanced RNase inhibitor (RT-Pro Mix) allows you to obtain amazing analytical results,

even during multiplex reactions. And all of this in one tube!

This kit ensures safe and efficient conversion of RNA template to cDNA. It is worth to mention that both samples

containing pure RNA and lysed ones, can be successfully used as a template in one-step RT qPCR.

Thanks to using a Hot Start PCR technology you may achieve the highest sensitivity and specificity in both standard

and quick qPCR cycles. These components provide excellent results when using CG and AT rich templates

and guarantee rapid extension and early achievement of the threshold cycle (Ct) with minimal or no optimization.

Application:

EffiProbe™ RT qPCR Probe KIT finds an appliance in analysis of relative gene expression, absolute quantification

of any RNA template (mRNA, total RNA, viral RNA), also in case of low copies number.

The kit will work well in RT qPCR tests based on specific probes including:

TaqMan®, Molecular Beacons or Scorpions™ Probes.

It can be successfully used to detect viral RNA.

2 x 1 mL – PCR water

Pack of 1000 reactions / 20 µL:

10 x 1 mL – 1Step RT qPCR Pro Mix, 2X (includes Hot Start Taq polymerase and deoxynucleotides in optimize qPCR buffer)

10 x 0.1 mL – RT-Pro Mix (combination of modified MMuLV reverse transcriptase and RNase inhibitor in storage buffer)

10 x 1 mL – PCR water
